The CWDM Butterfly laser diode is a cooled semiconductor laser in butterfly package. It can be coupled with single mode fiber or polarization fiber. The emission center wavelength can be varied from 1270nm ~1610nm. The optional power range can be varied from 1mW ~10mW. Various of pin length and assignment are available.
